Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je sinteza čvrste faze za selektivnu ekstrakciju zearalenona te optimizacija procesa ekstrakcije. Zearalenon je mikotoksin koji se često nalazi u hrani. Selektivna ekstrakcija zearalenona primjenjuje se kao metoda pročišćavanja uzorka prije kvalitativne i kvantitativne analize. Za sintezu selektivne čvrste faze koriste se aptameri naziva 5Z28 i 8Z31 visokog afiniteta prema zearalenonu. Optimizacijom procesa ekstrakcije utvrĎeno je da temperatura i pH vrijednost uzorka imaju veliki utjecaj na zadrţavanje zearalenona na čvrstoj fazi. Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is synthesis of a solid phase for selective extraction of zearalenone and optimization of extraction procedure. Zearalenone is a mycotoxin often found in food. Selective extraction of zearalenone is used as clean-up method prior to qualitative and quantitative analysis. For synthesis of selective solid phase, aptamers named 5Z28 and 8Z31 with high affinity towards zearalenone were used. In optimization process, parameters of extraction were tested in order to...
