Abstract
Za proizvodnju jakih alkoholnih pića koristi se rafinirani etilni alkohol. Rafinirani etilni alkohol mora biti poznatog podrijetla i zadovoljavajuće kvalitete. Prilikom zaprimanja rafiniranog alkohola obavezno se treba provesti analiza na udio etilnog alkohola. Udio etilnog alkohola je važan pokazatelj kvalitete i bitan parametar za nastavak proizvodnje alkoholnih pića. Naime, alkoholna pića se proizvode s određenim udjelom etanola, tako da je bitno s kojim udjelom etanola u rafiniranom etilnom alkoholu se kreće u proizvodnju, tj. koliko će se dodati demineralizirane vode. Nadalje, prema udjelu etanola plaća se trošarina.
Abstract (english)
For the production of strong alcoholic beverages we must use refined ethyl alcohol. Refined ethyl alcohol must be of a known origin and of satisfactory quality. Upon the receipt of refined alcohol, we must carry out analysis of the share of ethyl alcohol. The share of ethyl alcohol is an important indicator of quality and an important parameter for the resumption of production of alcoholic beverages. The alcohol beverages are produced with some portion of ethanol, so it is essential that we know the ethanol content in refined ethyl alcohol before moving in the production, ie. how much demineralized water we must add in refined ethyl alcohol. Furthermore, according to the proportion of ethanol in alcoholic beverages we must pay an excise.
