The subject of this final work are legal remedies in administrative proceedings. They occupy an important position in the legal system of each country. Filing a legal remedy allows the correction of errors compiled by the regulatory authority in the resolution of the administrative matter. Remedies can be divided into ordinary and extraordinary. Ordinary remedies which include appeal and objection can be filed against a first-instance decision before administrative act becomes final, while extraordinary legal remedies can be filed against the final decision. The extraordinary legal remedies include: renewal of the procedure, declaring a decision null and void, annulment and revocation of an unlawful decision and revocation of a lawful decision. In this final work will be explain in more detail the procedure of legal remedies, and deadlines which the party must comply when is filing any ordinary or extraordinary remedies. The theoretical part of the work will be explain on the practical example which will explain the procedure on appeal and renewal of the procedure.
