This paper deals with the analysis of cash flows presented a concrete example of the "Zagreb Brewery" Inc. Zagreb. Cash flow statement is one of the basic financial statements showing the changes in financial position of the company and on the basis of cash inflows and cash outflows in a given accounting period. Effective money management is essential for the success and survival of any company. It is vital to have the ability to produce money and manage it. This is a capability that is essential for every company its business progress. To the company could take place in the market, inflows and outflows of money should be definitely in accordance with the plan, because the development and survival are the main mission of every society. Through the work sought to present a cash flow statement, the purpose and methods of preparation of reports and analysis using financial ratios, which gives an overview of the financial situation of a particular company. The present analysis were presented showing the strengths and/or weaknesses of the company's operations. It is certainly in assessing the total business enterprise should be formed and calculate certain financial ratios which are classified, usually in several groups.
