The topic of this paper is to explain in more detail the dimensions of the organization and how they affect management. The paper will deal with the concepts of the dimension of the organizational structure and the types of dimensions and they will be presented through the practical part. The first chapter provides an insight into the work itself. The second chapter will explain the factors that affect the key dimensions of the organization. After that, the third chapter will show the complexity of the organization, ie the level of horizontal and vertical differentiation in the organization, followed by the fourth chapter which will show the formalization of organizations and the impact of factors on the level of formalization, then the fifth chapter will explain the centralization of organizations between centralization and decentralization. The sixth chapter will show the impact of the dimensions of the organization on management, and this will be shown in the seventh chapter through a practical part on the example of Valamar Riviera. A conclusion will be made at the end of the paper.
