This final paper describes one of the four fundamental freedoms of the EU, the freedom of movement for people in the EU. The notion of market freedoms in EU law will be primarily described. Following the description of the notion of market freedom, the notion of workers in EU law will be described. After the notion of workers is discussed, something will be said about the legal basis regarding the free movement of workers in the EU. Furthermore, all four EU freedoms will be listed and each of them will be briefly described. It will then briefly describe the legal effects of market freedoms. The central and essential part of the work relates to the most important freedom, namely the freedom of movement of people, differences in the previous meaning and at today's level where the notion of citizenship, i.e. EU citizens, will be said in a nutshell on the limitations of the right and justified Rights of freedom of movement. This part of the work will also say something about the rights and obligations of EU citizens and will say something about the legal regulations governing the movement of workers in the EU. At the very least, there will be three ktegorije stays in the territory of the Member States and that the right to stay in a Member State and which are exceptions may be lost.
