The theme of this final work is the legal liability for repairing the damage. The most important institutes of compulsory relationships are damage, liability for damage and damage repair. At the beginning of the work it is defined what the responsibility for the damage is, and what are the assumptions needed to have the mandatory legal liability relationship for the damage existed. This final work describes the subjects responsible for the damage and the claimants who claim damages. It defines the damage as diminishing one's property and preventing its increase. The work includes the following chapters: types of liability for damages (non-contractual, contractual, pre-contractual, subjective, objective), own responsibility and responsibility for the other, multiple liability for the same damage and special cases of liability. Three basic forms of damage compensation are defined, which are natural restitution, indemnit and satisfaction. At the end of the work, on the basis of court practice, it shows the responsibility of the person who has committed the damage and the person entitled to claim damages.
