This paper refers to the treasury business in the budget system. Treasury as well as cashier's business are important in the business of the company as behind the functioning of a further chain of budgets and even the state itself. Cash transactions are important for treasury operations, that all payouts, payees and cash registers are accompanied by the amount of cash in cash and in the giro account. Work has been conceived in several units. The introduction briefly describes the Croatian budget and news related to the cash register. In the second set, the budget, goals and budget functions as well as their execution are described. The third part refers to the cashier's business, which defines the meaning of cash registers, cash registers, regulations related to cashier's operations and cash registers: cash dispensers, treasury bills and cash desk reports. The following are examples of cash transactions, payment orders, cash withdrawals, treasury bills, cash flow statements based on data obtained from the university in Požega. At the end is a review of the final work.
