The aim of this final thesis titled " Penal provisions in the bylaws " is to show the influence of criminal provisions to the implementation of legislation. The compilation of such science of drafting legislation, has an important role in the adoption, development and re-editing of legislation, including penal provisions contained therein. The role of penal provisions as components of general acts is crucial to create a landscaped social relations. In this final work meet the general terms in order to get to know the criminal provisions of the general acts, further next question purposefulness themselves penal provisions, and is defined and constitutionally limit the retroactive effect of penal provisions, as well as the systematization of principles essential for its implementation. We are talking about ways to approach the creation of penal provisions in legislation and conclude with a practical example of the application and implementation of the penal provisions in the specific example.
