Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati pravni režim ustanova. U radu se najprije polazi od definicije ustanove i javne ustanove, a potom se navode sva načela u radu ustanova. Objašnjen je postupak osnivanja ustanova i način rada svakog od tijela ustanova kao što su: upravno vijeće, ravnatelj,stručni voditelj i stručno vijeće. U nastavku rada objašnjen je nadzor na radom ustanove, javnost rada i njena imovina. Obrađene su statusne promjene ustanova kao i registar ustanova. Na kraju prvog dijela... More pojašnjavaju se načini prestanka ustanove. Potom je predstavljeno osnovno školstvo kao ustanova koja se bavi osnovnim školovanjem djece u razdoblju od 6 do 15 godina života. Navedeni su svrha i ciljevi osnovnog školstva te upravljanje osnovnom školom, kao i djelatnici i korisnici usluga. Na praktičnom primjeru Osnovne škole „Ivan Meštrović“ izvršen je prikaz jedne konkretne osnovnoškolske ustanove. Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to analyse the legal regime of the institutions. The starting point of this final paper is the definition of the institution and the public institution, and after that the principles of the functioning of the institutions have been stated.The procedure of the foundation of the institutions has been explained as well as the functioning of every single body of the institution such as the Governing council, the headmaster, the team leader and the expert council. It... More has been proceeded by the clarification of the supervision of the institution, the transparency of its functioning and its property. The changes of the status of the institutions have also been covered as well as the register of the institutions. At the end of the first part, the procedure of the termination of the institution has been explained. In the following part, the primary education has been presented as an institution dealing with the primary education of the children in the period between 6 and 15 years. The purpose and the aims of the primary education, the primary school management as well as the workers and the service users have also been presented. An example of the primary school institution has been shown at the end on the example of the primary school ''Ivan Meštrović''. Less
