Abstract
Cilj i svrha ovog rada je definirati i objasniti srednje vrijednosti i njihovu podjelu, te usporediti rezultate izračunatih potpunih i položajnih srednjih vrijednosti. Objašnjene su potpune i položajne srednje vrijednosti i način njihova izračunavanja. Rad pruža osnovne podatke o Croatia osiguranju: njezinoj povijesti, o djelatnostima i proizvodima koje nude, temeljnom kapitalu, broju zaposlenih i ustrojstvu društva te njezinoj misiji i viziji. Osim teorijskog dijela, u radu su prikazani način izračunavanja svih srednjih vrijednosti pomoću raspoloživih podataka o Croatia osiguranju d.d., te su dobiveni rezultati protumačeni i grafički prikazani. Usporedbom aritmetičke sredine, moda i medijana na temelju istih podataka o starosti djelatnika Croatia osiguranja može se zaključiti kako se dobiveni rezultati međusobno razlikuju. Prema izračunatoj aritmetičkoj sredini zaključeno je da je prosječna starost djelatnika Croatia osiguranja manja nego najčešća starost djelatnika u istoj godini. Numerički nizovi grafički se mogu prikazati pomoću dijagrama s točkama i stablo-list. Grupirani podaci se prikazuju pomoću histograma i poligona frekvencija.
Abstract (english)
The aim and purpose of this paper is to define and explain the mean, and their distribution. Are explained fully and rank of the mean and the manner of their calculation. The work provides basic information about United Insurance : its history , the activities and the products they offer , share capital , number of employees and the organization of society and its mission and vision .In addition to the theoretical part, the paper will show the way of calculation of mean values using available data on Croatia osiguranje d.d. And all the results and explain graphically displayed. The goal is to compare the results of complete and positional averages. By comparing the arithmetic mean, median and mode based on the same data on the age of the employees of Croatia osiguranje in 2013. can be concluded that the results differ. The calculated arithmetic mean, it was concluded that the average age of employees of Croatia Osiguranje less than the most common age of employees in the same year. Numeric arrays can be graphically displayed using a chart with points and a tree-list.Grouped data is displayed using histograms and frequency polygons.
