Abstract
U ovome radu teorijski i praktično obrađuje se tema Kontrolna funkcija menadžmenta. Kontrolna funkcija zajedno sa ostale četiri funkcije čini menadžment. Menadžment se definira kao proces rada s drugima i pomoću drugih na ostvarenju organizacijskih ciljeva u promjenjivoj okolini uz efektivnu i efikasnu upotrebu ograničenih resursa. Svaki menadžment odnosno svako poduzeće se sastoji od funkcije planiranja, organiziranja, upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, vođenja te vrlo važnog kontroliranja.... More Svaka funkcija ima svoj značaj bez kojega niti jedno poduzeće ne bi bilo uspješno niti bi moglo poslovati. U ovome slučaju kontroliranje je provedba različitih mjera i postupaka kojima se mjeri uspješnost prema planiranim ciljevima. Funkcija kontrole ima raznih metoda i tehnika, a sve imaju zajednički cilj – mjerenje ostvarenja zajedničkih ciljeva. Da bi obavili kontrolu pravovaljano, pomažu nam pokazatelji kontrole, a posebice u osjetljivim područjima kao što su financije. U tom slučaju nam pomažu financijski pokazatelji. Osim financijske kontrole u svakom poduzeću je potrebno voditi brigu i o kontroli zaposlenih i o kontroli svega onoga što ispunjava poduzeće i što je potrebno za svakodnevno poslovanje. Less

In this paper theoretically and practically dealt with topics Control function management. Control function along with the other four functions makes management. Management is defined as the process of working with others and by others to achieve organizational goals in a changing environment with effective and efficient use of limited resources. Each management or any company consists of the functions of planning, organizing, managing human resources, management and very important to... More control. Each function has its own character, without which no company would not be successful, nor could operate. In this case, controlling the implementation of various measures and procedures which must be measured according to the planned objectives. Control function has various methods and techniques, but all have a common goal - to measure the achievement of common goals.
