Abstract
Porezi su najvažniji prihodi svake države. Suvremeni svijet prihvatio je plaćanje poreza kao nešto neizbježno i nešto što omogućava funkcioniranje države. Prelazak na oporezivanje s dohotka na dobit znači promijeniti i načelo utvrđivanja poslovnog rezultata s načela blagajne na obračunsko načelo, što zahtijeva sastavljanje početne bilance i korekciju dobitka na kraju prve godine poslovanja u sustavu oporezivanja dobitka. Fizička osoba odluku o prijelazu iz sustava oporezivanja na dohodak u sustav oporezivanja na dobit donosi na kraju godine. Što su veće svote dohotka fizičke osobe, to je privlačniji prelazak na sustav oporezivanja dobiti, gdje se obračunava niža porezna stopa. U ovom radu nastojalo se, na praktičnom primjeru, istražiti koje aktivnosti obrtnik mora obaviti kod prelaska iz sustava poreza na dohodak u sustav poreza na dobit.
Abstract (english)
Taxes are the most important revenue of each country. The modern world has accepted the payment of taxes as something inevitable and something that allows the functioning of the state. Transfer to taxation from income to income means changing the principle of determining the business outcome from the cash principle to the accounting principle, which requires the compilation of an initial balance sheet and a gain adjustment at the end of the first year of operations in the taxation system. A person's decision to transition from the income tax system to the income tax system comes at the end of the year. The higher the incomes of a natural person, the more attractive the transition to the profit tax system, where a lower tax rate is calculated. In this paper, in a practical example, the aim was to investigate which activities the craftsman must perform when moving from the income tax system to the profit tax system.
