Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati što je to i na koji način djeluje nesavršena konkurencija. Pored teoretskog pregleda kroz tekst i prikaz grafom, navedeni su i primjeri pojavnih oblika nesavršene konkurencije. Primjeri za nesavršenu konkurenciju su podijeljeni u tradicionalne oblike ekonomske teorije: oligopole, monopsonije, oligopsonije i monopole. Poseban naglasak rada stavljen je na monopol kao posebno važan pojavni oblik nesavršene konkurencije. Vezano uz teoriju i praksu, učinjen je i osvrt na antimonopolske strategije države kroz ekonomske alate i legislativu. Ključan element europskog zakonodavstva, a time i hrvatskog je antitrust regulativa koja obuhvaća mehanizme zaštite od monopola i nesavršene konkurencije. Također, kroz rad će biti prikazano djelovanje navedenih tržišnih poremećaja (asimetrija) na kupca, kao i na tržište kao funkcionirajući mehanizam. Na posljetku, rad u zaključku rezimira rad, i predviđa probleme i perspektive budućeg razvoja problematike
Abstract (english)
The goal of this academic work is to show what is imperfect competition and how it works in the economic environment. A theoretical overview trough text is followed by graphs, and examples of imperfect competition. The examples of imperfect competition are divided into forms identified by the traditional economic theory: oligopolies, monopsoniae, oligopsoniae, and monopolies. The monopoly as a particular form of imperfect competition is emphasized. Also, a overview of economic tools and legislature is shown, as modes of antitrust strategy. A key element of the European legislature, and therefore of the Croatian legislature, are the mechanisms of market protection trough monopoly and imperfect competition regulation. The impact of these market discrepancies (asymmetries) on the buyer, and on the market in general is also shown by examples. The conclusion draws parallels and future projections as to the impact of imperfect competition in future markets.
