Abstract
U ovom radu teorijski i na praktičnom primjeru obrađuje se temu „Analiza postojećeg stanja trgovinskog poduzeća.“ Analiza postojećeg stanja je dio procesa planiranja trgovinskog poduzeća. Proces planiranja se sastoji od četiri faze: analiza postojećeg stanja, planiranje, realizacija i kontrola. Proces koji prethodi i koji je jako vezan za proces planiranja trgovinskog poduzeća je postavljanje dobrih temelja menadžmenta i strategije pomoću koje ćemo ostvariti znatne ciljeve poduzeća. Gledano... More sveukupno u sve procese svima im je zajedničko da vode poduzeće u njegovom razvoju prema ostvarenju zacrtanih ciljeva ka uspjehu. Ključ za izradu analize postojećeg stanja trgovinskog poduzeća je sadašnje stanje tj. položaj trgovinskog poduzeća. Svrha izrade analize postojećeg stanja je proučavanje vanjskih i unutarnjih uvjeta koji utječu na razvoj i poslovanje trgovinskoga poduzeća. Nakon detaljne analize vanjskih i unutarnjih uvjeta potrebno je redefinirati poslovnu filozofiju poduzeća. Abstract (english)
In this paper is processed, theoretical and on practical examples, the topic of „Analysis of the current state of trading company“. Analysis of the current state is part of planning process of each trading company. The planning process consists of four phases: analysis of current state, planning phase, phase of realisation and control phase. The process that precedes and is highly connected to process of planning of trading company is setting up good management fundamentals and strategies... More by which company will achieve significant goals. Comprehensive view on all the separate processes gives one common characteristic, reaching set company’s goals ensuring the success of the company on the market. The key for successful analysis of current state of trading company is current position of trading company. The purpose of analysis of current state is understanding of external and internal conditions influencing development of business operations of trading company. After detailed analysis of external and internal conditions is necessary to redefine the business philosophy of a company. The redefine philosophy and newly appointed mission represent the key of success and give competitive advantage over other companies. Less
