Abstract
Ovaj rad usmjeren je na temeljne probleme ekonomske organizacije u kontekstu suvremene ekonomije. Svaki poslodavac koji dolazi na tržište postavlja si pitanja što proizvoditi, kako proizvoditi i za koga proizvoditi? Tržište je prostor na kojem se odvija ponuda i potražnja robe i usluga odnosno sveukupnost odnosa ponude i potražnje koji utječu na prodaju pojedinih vrsta robe i usluga. Prednosti i nedostaci slobodnog tržišta su jako važni za ova tri temeljna pitanja. U radu je prikazana uloga države u ovim temeljnim problemima organizacije, koja utječe na događanja u proizvodnji, podjeli, razmjeni, potrošnji. Zagrebačke pekarne Klara susreću se sa ovim problemima, no i unatoč njima jako dobro stoje na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on the main problems of the economic organization in the context of modern economy. Each employer that comes to the market asks himself questions like what to produce, how to produce and who to produce for? Market is a place where supply and demand of goods and services happen or in other words the whole of the relations of supply and demand that affect the sale of individual types of goods and services take place in the market. Advantages and disadvantages of a free market are also very important for these three essential questions. The paper also reports on government's role in the main problems of organization, that influences what happens in the production distribution, exchange and consumption. Klara Bakery Zagreb is facing these problems but despite them, its position in the market is very good
