Abstract
Društvene mreže danas predstavljaju važan dio komunikacije svakog hotela sa svojim korisnicima. One omogućuju brzu i jednostavnu komunikaciju između dva subjekta te hotelima da dobiju povratnu informaciju od svojih korisnika dobiju brzo i jeftino, ali i da svoje korisnike isto tako informiraju o svojim uslugama i pogodnostima. Analizom takve komunikacije na primjeru dva hotela, može se zaključiti da oni sve više ulažu u takav oblik komunikacije, ali isto tako da korisnici njihovih usluga sve više traže informacije na društvenim mrežama i ostavljaju svoje komentare i dijele svoja iskustva s drugima.
Abstract (english)
Today, social networks are important part of communication between hotels and there users. They aloud fast and simple communication between two subjects and aloud hotels to get information back from there users and to inform them about there services. By analyzing that type of communicate, on example of two hotels, it is possible to conclude that they are putting big affords in this type of communicate, but also users are more and more looking information on social networks, leaving they commencers and share they experience with outers.
