Abstract
U svakom poduzeću postoje neke od najvažnijih ekonomskih kategorija kao što su organiziranje, planiranje i organizacijska struktura. Organizacija predstavlja svaki oblik udruživanja ljudi usmjeren ostvarivanju zajedničkih ciljeva. Kada govorimo o poduzećima organizacija se može definirati kao djelatnost kojom se usklađuju svi čimbenici radi postizanja optimalnih poslovnih rezultata. Poduzeće ne može kvalitetno poslovati niti opstati na tržištu ukoliko nije pravilno i pravovremeno odabralo... More organizacijsku strukturu. Vrlo je važno da se organizacijska struktura konstantno unaprjeđuje. Prava organizacijska struktura predstavlja temelj bez kojeg poduzeće ne može kvalitetno funkcionirati, a samim tim niti ostvariti planirane ciljeve. Upravo zbog tih razloga, glavni zadatak svakog novonastalog poduzeća odabir je adekvatne organizacijske strukture kako bi se postigli osnovni preduvjeti za čvrste temelje poduzeća. Utjecaj unutarnjih i vanjskih činitelja organizacije iznimno je važan za oblikovanje strukture poduzeća. U današnje vrijeme poduzeća najčešće djeluju u turbulentnoj i nestabilnoj okolini pa su često prisiljena mijenjati svoju organizacijsku strukturu nego ona poduzeća koja posluju u stabilnoj okolini. Upravo zbog brojnih turbulencija i velikih promjena na tržištu nužno je osigurati veliku fleksibilnost i spremnost na promjene u organizaciji. Bez kvalitetnog, obrazovanog i motiviranog menadžmenta nemoguće je ostvariti dobre poslovne rezultate ali isto tako nemoguće je odgovoriti na sve veće zahtjeve okoline u kojoj se poduzeće nalazi. Abstract (english)
There are some of the most important economic categories in each company such as organizing, planning and organizational structure. The organization represents any form of association of people directed towards common goals. When we talk about companies, organization can be defined as an activity which coordinates all factors to achieve optimal business results. The company cant operate well or even survive in the market if organizational structure is not properly and timely chosen. It... More is very important that the organizational structure is constantly improving. The proper organization structure forms the basis without which companies cant function well, and therefore neither meet their planned targets. Because of these reasons, the main task of any newly established companies is choosing the appropriate organizational structure to achieve the basic conditions for a solid foundation of enterprises. The influence of internal and external factors of the organization is critical in shaping the structure of enterprises. Today, companies usually operate in the turbulent and unstable environment, so they are often forced to change its organizational structure than those companies that operate in a stable environment. Because of the numerous turbulences and major changes in the market it is necessary to provide great flexibility and willingness for changes in the organization. Without educated and motivated management is impossible to achieve good business results but also it is impossible to respond to the increasing demands of the environment in which the company is located.
