Ovim radom prikazati će se opravdanost postojanja trgovačkog društva u raznim djelatnostima javnog sektora. Opisati će se način osnivanja, ustroj, djelatnosti i način poslovanja dva najčešća oblika trgovačkih društava u javnom sektoru, odnosno društva s ograničenom odgovornošću i dioničkog društva te njihove karakteristike.
