Abstract
Vinogradsko područje Hrvatske dijeli se na četiri regije, a Dingač kao vino proizvodi se u podregiji Srednje i južne Dalmacije kojoj pripada i Vinogorje Pelješac. Sam položaj Dingač, po kojoj je i vino dobilo ime, nalazi se u obalnom području Hrvatske na vinorodnoj padini s južne strane Pelješca. Na tim padinama uzgaja se Plavac mali od kojeg je i načinjeno vino Dingač. Ova sorta jedna je od najrasprostranjenijih u Hrvatskoj, daje dobru rodnost i dozrijeva u IV. razdoblju. Vino proizvedeno od sorte Plavc mali, zaštićenog je zemljopisnog podrijetla, nosi Zaštićenu oznaku izvornosti, a odlikuje se krepkim i jakim okusom koje može zahvaliti toploj klimi s puno sunca.
Abstract (english)
The vineyard area of Croatia is divided into four regions, dingac as a wine is produced in the sub-region of Central and Southern Dalmatia, to which the Peljesac vineyards also belong. The Dingac site itself, after wich the wine got its name, is located in the coastal area of Croatia on a wine-growing slope on the south side of Peljesac. Plavac mali is grown on those slopes, from which Dingac wine is made. This variety is one of the most widespread in Croatia, gives good yields and matures in IV. Period. The wine produced from Plavac mali variety, is of protected geographical origin, bears the Protected Designation og Origin, and is characterized by a strong an taste that can be attributed to the warm climats with lots of sun.
