Abstract
Tema završnog rada je HoReCa segment veleprodaje na hrvatskom tržištu koji se bazira na djelatnostima ugostiteljstva i turizma. Kod obrade ove teme, prvo se polazi od prikaza trgovine, a potom veleprodaje općenito. Središnja pitanja koja se analiziraju u završnom radu jesu veleprodajna djelatnost u HoReCa sektoru te vodeća veleprodajna poduzeća u HoReCa sektoru na tržištu Republike Hrvatske. Pri tome se analiziraju trgovinska poduzeća: METRO Cash & Carry, ATLANTIC TRADE d.o.o,, ROTO DINAMIC... More d.o.o te VELPRO CENTAR d.o.o. Navedena poduzeća promatra se kroz: asortiman proizvoda, financijske pokazatelje i analizu subjekta te tržišni udio i konkurenciju. Prije zaključnih razmatranja istražuje se pitanje budućnosti veleprodaje u HoReCa segmentu. Na kraju se nameće zaključak kako u HoReCa segmentu veleprodaje do izražaja dolazi kompleksnost poslova distribucije i naplate potraživanja. Stoga se glavni proizvođači alkoholnih i bezalkoholnih pića te prehrambenih i ostalih proizvoda namijenjenih HoReCa tržištu, baziraju na izgradnji svojih brendova, dok za distribuciju i naplatu zadužuju trgovinu na veliko. Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is HoReCa segment of the wholesale trade in the Croatian market based on the services of the catering industry and tourism. In the elaboration of this topic, firstly, there is a presentation of trade and secondly, the presentation of the wholesale in general. Key questions analysed in this final paper include wholesale trade function in the HoReCa department and leading wholesale trade companies in the HoReCa department on the Croatian market. There is an analysis... More of trade companies: METRO Cash & Carry, ATLANTIC TRADE d.o.o, ROTO DINAMIC d.o.o and VELPRO CENTAR d.o.o. Mentioned companies are observed through products assortment, financial indicators and the analysis of the subject as well as the market share and competition. Previous to any conluding consideration, there is a research of the wholesale trade future in the HoReCa segment. Finally, there is a conclusion that the complexity of the distribution and collection claim is highly expressed in the HoReCa segment of wholesale trade. Therefore the main manufacturers of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the food and other products which are aimed towards HoReCa market are focused on the development of their brands, while the trade is in charge of the distribution and collection.
