Abstract
Rad se sastoji od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada detaljnije će se istražiti benchmarking, marketing i konkurencija. Svrha benchmarkinga dobro je proučiti konkurente, odnosno njihove snage i slabosti kako bi poboljšali vlastito poslovanje i bili ispred njih. Njime se povećava kvaliteta proizvoda, zadovoljstvo kupaca, dobit i stvaraju se nove poslovne prilike. U drugom dijelu rada provedeno je istraživanje kako bi se otkrila mišljenja i stavovi ispitanika o proizvođačkim i trgovačkim... More markama. Danas je na tržištu velik broj trgovačkih marki koje nude proizvode po povoljnijim cijenama od proizvođača što privlači kupce i postaju sve popularnije. Istraživanje je pokazalo da kupci imaju pozitivan stav o trgovačkim markama, ali se ipak u nekim segmentima odlučuju više za proizvođačke. Iako su na visokoj razini kvalitete, trgovačke marke mogle bi još poboljšati svoje proizvode, primjerice više ulagati u ambalažu, i biti u istom rangu sa proizvođačkim markama. Less
Abstract (english)
This thesis consists of two main parts. The first part discusses benchmarking, marketing, and competition. The purpose of benchmarking is to analyse competitors, i.e., their strengths and weaknesses in order to improve their own business and to be ahead of them. The advantages of benchmarking are increased product quality, customer satisfaction, profit, and new business opportunities. In the second part of the paper, a survey was conducted to assess the respondents’ opinions on... More brands and trademarks. Today, there are many trademarks on the market offering products at more affordable prices than brands, which attracts customers and makes them more popular. Research has shown that customers have a positive opinion on brand names, but still in some cases opt for trademarks.
