Abstract
U ovom završnom radu analizira se povijesni razvoj zemljišnih knjiga, definira zemljišnoknjižno pravo, pojam zemljišnih knjiga te pravni izvori koje se koristi u zemljišnoknjižnim postupcima. Slijedi dio koji se odnosi na sastav elektroničkih, ali i ručno vođenih zemljišnih knjiga. Nakon toga slijedi obrada upisa u zemljišne knjige te osnivanje i obnova zemljišnih knjiga. Na kraju se obrađuje praktični dio koji je ujedno i glavna tema rada, a to je postupak u zemljišnoknjižnim pravima.
Abstract (english)
This final paper analyzes the historical development of land registers, defines land registry law, the concept of land registers and legal sources used in land registry proceedings. The following is the part related to the composition of electronic, but also manual land registers. This is followed by the processing of land registry entries and the establishment and renewal of land registers. At the end, the practical part is discussed, which is also the main topic of the paper, and that is the procedure in land registry rights.
