Abstract
Tema završnog rada su upravne organizacije u sastavu Ministarstva obrane Republike Hrvatske koje su sustavno prikazane po svom mjestu ulozi i značaju u okviru Ministarstva i općenito u obrambenom sustavu Republike Hrvatske. Ministarstvo obrane je, kao jedno od središnjih tijela državne uprave, krovna upravljačka organizacija u području obrane Republike Hrvatske te je kroz prikaz njezinih organizacijskih cjelina, vidno prikazana razlika u odnosu na područje obrane koji je organiziran kroz Oružane snage Republike Hrvatske. Prikazom upravnih organizacija u sustavu Ministarstva putem njihovih nadležnosti, vidljivo je da se radi o vrlo kompleksnom i raznolikom državnom sustavu, u čiju je nadležnost stavljen niz odgovornih i zahtjevnih poslova. Na kraju je iznijet pogled na Ministarstvo obrane u cjelini s kritičkim osvrtom na sadašnje stanje u pogledu osoblja, materijalnih mogućnosti te stanja za koje je namijenjeno – osiguranje uvjeta i provođenje aktivnosti kojima se osigurava suverenitet, neovisnost i teritorijalna cjelovitost Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the final work are administrative organizations within the Croatian Ministry of Defence that are systematically displayed in its place the role and importance within the Ministry and in general in the Croatian defense system. The Ministry of Defence, as one of the central state administration bodies, the top management organization in the field of defense of the Republic of Croatia and the display of its organizational units, prominently displayed the difference in relation to the area of defense, which is organized by the Croatian Armed Forces. Depicting the administrative organization in the Ministry through their competence, it is clear that this is a very complex and diverse state system, which is competent to put down the responsible and demanding jobs. At the end of the utter views of the Department of Defense as a whole with a critical overview of the current situation in terms of staffing, financial possibilities and conditions for which it is intended - conditions and enforcement activities to ensure the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Republic of Croatia.
