Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Analiza čimbenika lokacije trgovinskog poduzeća. Svrha ovog rada je upoznavanje čitatelja s temeljnim pojmovima u trgovini i trgovinskom poduzeću, o novim trendovima u trgovinskom poduzeću, pojmom lokacije i metodama za istraživanje lokacije, te čimbenicima lokacije trgovinskog poduzeća. Cilj završnog rada je analizirati čimbenike lokacije trgovačkog centra City Colosseum i temeljem dobivenih rezultata istaknuti specifičnosti lokacije analiziranog subjekta. Ima mnogo čimbenika o kojima ovise izgledi uspjeha na nekom mjestu te ih je potrebno pravilno vrednovati i analizirati kako bi se na kraju mogla donijeti prava odluka. Nakon provedene analize trgovinskog poduzeća može se zaključiti da trgovački centar zadovoljava sve kriterije po pitanju lokacije. Trgovačkom centru u prilog ide i nedostatak konkurencije čime se povećava i sama prodaja.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final paper is analysis of factors location of trade companies. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the reader to the basic concepts of the trade and trade company, about the new trends in the trading company, about the concept of locations and methods for investigating the site and about the location factors of trade enterprises. The aim of this paper is to analyse the factors location of the shopping centre City Colosseum and based on the results obtained highlight the specific location of the analysed subject. There are many factors which depend on the prospects of success in a place and they should be evaluated and analysed to the end could make the right decision. Following the analysis of the trading company may conclude that shopping centre meets all the criteria in terms of location. The shopping centre is supported by a lack of competition increasing and the sale itself.
