Abstract
U uvodu diplomskog rada definira se što je zemljišnoknjižno pravo. Zatim, analizira se što su zemljišne knjige. Nakon što su bitni pojmovi opisani, objašnjava se važnost zemljišne knjige. Opisuje se od čega su sastavljene zemljišne knjige, što je zemljišnoknjižni uložak, od čega se sastoji, što je poduložak... Kao najvažniji dio ovog rada prikazan je sastav zemljišne knjige, koja je ujedno i glavna tema ovog rada, koja se sastoji od glavne knjige i zbirke isprava. Proučavanjem literature... More objašnjava se podjela zemljišne knjige te njihovo osnivanje i vođenje koje je regulirano odredbama Zakonom o zemljišnim knjigama, Pravilnikom o unutarnjem ustroju, vođenju zemljišnih knjiga i obavljanju drugih poslova u zemljišnoknjižnim odjelima sudova kao i nekim drugim aktima. Ovim radom predstavljen je prikaz sustava registracije nekretnine i prava na njima kroz registar zemljišnih knjiga i katastra. Zatim objašnjavaju se pomoćni popisi i dnevnik zemljišnoknjižnog podneska. Ukratko se opisuju vrste upisa u Zemljišne knjige, jer njihove vrste bitne su za upis u Zemljišnu knjigu. Na kraju rada opisuje se Nacionalni program sređivanja zemljišnih knjiga i katastra, koji se još naziva Uređena zemlja, u okviru kojeg je nastao Zajednički informacijski sustav zemljišnih knjiga i katastra (ZIS). Abstract (english)
The introduction to the masterʼs thesis defines what land registry law is. It analyzes what land records are. After describing the essential concepts, the importance of the land register is explained. It describes what the land register consists of, which is the land registry entry, what the land registry entry consists of, which is the land register... The most important part of this thesis is the composition of the land registry, which is also the main topic of this thesis, and... More consists of the general ledger, supporting records and a collection of documents. The study of the literature explains the division of the land register, the establishment of the land register and keeping, which is regulated by the provisions of the Land Registry Act, the Ordinance on the internal organization, keeping of land registers and performing other tasks in the land registry departments of courts, as well as some other acts. This thesis presents an overview of the real estate registration system and rights thereto trough the land registry and cadastre register. The auxiliary lists and the logbook of the land registry submission are explained. The types of land registry entries are briefly described, as the types of land registers are essential for land registry entry. Finally, the land registry management method is described, and the modern book management method defines the EOP land registry. Less
