Traveling for the sake of tourism has existed since ancient times, people have always traveled and explored the world looking for different ways of entertainment and discovering new destinations. The mass tourism that is present today has led to the creation of an independent economic activity by which an economic entity, and to a lesser extent physical persons, is engaged in its main or secondary activity. Tourist agencies play a central role in providing tourists services and mainly serve as intermediaries between service providers and clients on the tourist market. Tourist agencies were created, which use tourism contracts as legal transactions regulating mutual relations in the provision of tourist services. In the touristic contract of the contracting party, the travel organizer and traveler are mainly tourists, but there are other forms of tourist contracts.
