Abstract
Putovanje u svrhu turizma postoji od davnih vremena, ljudi su oduvijek putovali i istraživali svijet tražeći razne načine zabave i otkrivajući nove destinacije. Masovni turizam kakav je danas prisutan, doveo je do stvaranja samostalne privredne djelatnosti kojom se privredno-pravni subjekt, a u manjoj mjeri fizičke osobe, bave kao svojom glavnom ili sporednom djelatnošću. Turističke agencije imaju centralnu ulogu u pružanju usluga turistima i uglavnom služe kao posrednik između davatelja usluga... More i klijenta na turističkom tržištu. Stvorene su turističke agencije, koje koriste turističke ugovore kao pravne poslove kojima se uređuju međusobni odnosi u pružanju turističkih usluga. Traveling for the sake of tourism has existed since ancient times, people have always traveled and explored the world looking for different ways of entertainment and discovering new destinations. The mass tourism that is present today has led to the creation of an independent economic activity by which an economic entity, and to a lesser extent physical persons, is engaged in its main or secondary activity. Tourist agencies play a central role in providing tourists services and mainly serve as... More intermediaries between service providers and clients on the tourist market.
