Abstract
Predmet završnog rada je kontrola nad upravom od strane sudova. Pojam uprave definiran je u funkcionalnom odnosno materijalnom te formalnom odnosno organizacijskom smislu. Navedena su i objašnjena načela prilikom vođenja poslova u radu uprave i njenih tijela. Kontrola nad upravom objašnjena je od strane svih subjekata koji vrše kontrolu te detaljno razrađena kontrola putem sudova. Obrađena je sudska kontrola akata donesenih od strane uprave. Definiran je pojam i predmet upravnog spora te navedene i objašnjene vrste sustava sudske kontrole nad upravom. Također je navedeno i obrađeno poglavlje sudbene vlasti kao uska poveznica s temom završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is control over the administration of the courts. The term of administration is defined in the functional and material as well as formal and organizational sense. Listed and explained are the principles in the conduct of affairs in the administration and its bodies. Control over the administration is explained by all entities that exercise control and control through the courts is thoroughly elaborated. Judicial review of acts adopted by the administration is also elaborated. The term of and subject to an administrative dispute are defined and the types of systems of judicial review of the administration are listed and explained. The judicial power as a close link with the topic of the thesis is also mentioned and elaborated.
