Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog završnog rada su postupci nabave u malim trgovinskim poduzećima. Cilj završnog rada je utvrditi važnost nabavnih postupaka u malim trgovinskim poduzećima. Sa svrhom prikupljanja podataka, kako u teorijskom, tako i u praktičnom dijelu, u ovom radu korištene su metode analize i sinteze, indukcije i dedukcije, kompilacije i metoda intervjua. Na temelju prikupljenih i analiziranih podataka izneseni su i vlastiti zaključci. Rad sastoji od pet cjelina. Prva cjelina je uvod... More rada u kojem je obrazložena tema rada, definiran problem, ciljevi i metode istraživanja. U drugoj cjelini pojasnit će se pojmovi: trgovine, prodavaonice i poduzeća, te važnost i osobitosti maloprodaje. Treća cjelina sadrži teorijsku razradu nabave, e-nabave, zaliha, utvrđivanje maloprodajnih cijena te knjigovodstvene isprave. U četvrtoj cjelini se analiziraju postupci nabave na primjeru stvarnog poduzeća „HK Style“. Na kraju slijedi zaključak rada u kojem se nastoji predočiti važnost postupaka nabave u malim trgovinskim poduzećima, na primjeru poduzeća „HK Style“. Less
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is the procurement procedures in small commercial enterprises. The aim of the final paper is to determine the importance of procurement procedures in small commercial enterprises. For the purpose of data collection, both in the theoretical and the practical part, this paper used the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, compilations and interview method. Based on the collected and analyzed data were presented and own conclusions. The work... More consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction to the work in which the theme of the work is explained, and the main problem, methods ot research and the objectives are defined. In the second part, shops, stores and businesses will be explained, as well as the importance and peculiarities of retail. The third section contains a theoretical elaboration of procurement, e-procurement, inventory, determining retail prices and bookkeeping documents. In the fourth section, the procurement procedures in the case of actual companies "HK Style" have been analyzed. In the end, the conclusion of work which aims to visualize the importance of procurement procedures in small commercial businesses, using the example of the "HK Style" has been presented. Less
