Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je upoznavanje sa vrstama upisa u zemljišne knjige i zemljišnoknjižnim pravnim sustavom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prikazani su osnovni pojmovi koji se odnose na sastav zemljišne knjige općenito, te sustav publiciranja stvarnih prava, osobnih odnosa nositelja knjiţnih prava i pravnih činjenica na nekretninama. Vrste upisa koje postoje u zemljišnoknjižnom sustavu Republike Hrvatske su uknjižba, predbilježba i zabilježba. Predmet uknjižbe i predbilježbe su knjižna prava, dok su... More predmeti zabilježbe pravne ĉinjenice i osobni odnosi nositelja knjižnih prava. Ove vrste upisa u zemljišne knjige regulirane su Zakonom o zemljišnim knjigama, Zakonom o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima, Zemljišnoknjiţnim poslovnikom i drugim podzakonskim aktima. Abstract (english)
The main topic of this paper is an introduction to land Registry and its legal system of the Republic of Croatia. The basic terms, regarding composition of land Registry in general, as well as the publications' system of rights in rem, personal relations of holders of law rights, and legal facts of real estate are presented. The types of entries existing in land ownership system of the Republic of Croatia are registration, pre-registration and notation. The subject of registration and... More pre-registration are law rights, whereas the topic of notation are legal facts and personal relations of law rightholders. These types of land Registry entries are regulated under the Law on Land registration, the Law on Ownership and other rights in rem, Land registry rules of procedure and other legal acts.
