Abstract
Ponašanje u kupnji je naime proces odlučivanja i djelovanja ljudi uključenih u kupnju i potrošnja određenih proizvoda. Ponašanje potrošača u kupnji se odnosi na ponašanje krajnjih potrošača, odnosno onih koji kupuju proizvode za osobnu potrošnju ili pak za potrošnju u svom kućanstvu. Naime, očigledno je da je unapređenje prodaje veoma raznovrsno područje koje se ne odnosi samo na privlačenje potencijalnih kupaca i ostvarenje kratkoročne zarade, već zahtjeva i veliki broj drugih poslova koje... More treba odraditi na pravi način kako bi efekti bili potpuni. Klasifikacija oblika unapređenja prodaje usmjerenog potrošaču je dana na temelju primarnog cilja proizvođača koji se može odnositi na poticanje probne kupovine, poticanje ponovne kupovine, pojačanja imidža proizvoda te proizvođača kao i osiguranja koristi, odnosno nagrade za potrošača koja može biti trenutačna i odgođena. Naime, unapređenje prodaje usmjereno potrošačima za cilj ima pojačavanje učinaka oglašavanja i unapređenja prodaje usmjerenog posrednicima. Također proizvođač koristi različite oblike unapređenja prodaje da bi potaknuo posrednike na ponašanje koje će unaprediti prodaju njegovog proizvoda. Less
Abstract (english)
Buying behavior, namely, decision-making and actions of people involved in the purchase and consumption of certain products. Consumer behavior in purchasing refers to the behavior of end users, those who purchase products for personal consumption or for use by their household. Namely, it is obvious that the sales promotion is very diverse area that applies not only to attract potential buyers and the realization of short-term profits, but requires, a large number of other tasks that need... More to be done in the right way so that the effects were complete. Classification of forms of sales promotion directed to the consumer is given based on the primary objective manufacturers may refer to stimulate trial purchases, encouraging the re-purchase reinforcements image of the product and the manufacturer, as well as insurance benefits or rewards to consumers who may be immediate and delayed. Specifically, sales promotion directed consumers aims to amplify the effects of advertising and sales promotion directed intermediaries.
