Abstract
Završni rad prikazuje teorijske okvire mirovinskog sustava te analizira stanje u hrvatskom mirovinskom sustavu. Tema završnog rada je održivost hrvatskog mirovinskog sustava, a u radu su prikazane vrste mirovinskog sustava, te su iste analizirane na primjeru hrvatskog mirovinskog sustava. Abstract (english)
This final paper aims to summarize the theoretical frameworks of the pension system as well as to analyze the state of the Croatian pension system. The main topic of this final paper is sustainability of the Croatian pension system. It furthermore deals with portraying different varieties of the pension system as well as analyzing them using the example of the Croatian pension system. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the state of the Croatian pension system, to analyze the... More conducted reforms and, based on adequate factors, shed more light on the sustainability of the Croatian pension system. The systematic analysis of the above mentioned factors points out that the pension system in question, unless it undergoes further pension reforms, will no longer be sustainable. It is therefore safe to conclude that further reforms present an integral and key part of the pension system and that those reforms only can help to restore sustainability of the Croatian pension system.
