Abstract
Tržište je vrlo dinamična kategorija i kontinuirano se mijenja pa ga je iz tog razloga vrlo važno kontinuirano pratiti, istraživati i analizirati. Istraživanje tržišta nalazi se u podsustavu ekonomskih znanosti, a govoreći o primjeni istraživanja tržišta, može se istaknuti da je taj postupak u osnovi određen svim uobičajenim, tradicionalnim i klasičnim pristupima, metodama i tehnikama. Danas, kao najzastupljenija tržišna tehnika je metoda ispitivanja čije se provođenje obavlja putem pošte, telefona, računala i osobnim ispitivanjem. The market is a very dynamic category and it is always changing so for that reason it is important to continually monitor, investigate and analyse it. Market research is a subsystem of economic sciences, and speaking of market research application, it can be distinguished that the procedure is basically defined by all common, traditional and classic approaches, methods and techniques. In terms of market research, there is a multitude of marketing techniques without which research would not... More be complete, so marketing techniques are theoretically explained in this work. Nowadays, the most common marketing technique is the method of questionnaire, which can be carried out by mail, telephone, computer and personal inquiry. In the empirical part of the work, the online questionnaire method was examined, i.e. a survey was carried out on the subject of examining attitudes and the efficiency of market research techniques.
