| Abstract | Kroz rad se predstavlja pojam programa lojalnosti koji je vrlo značajan za poslovanje trgovinskih poduzeća.
Rad započinje definiranjem trgovine kao djelatnosti i predstavljanjem tržišta kao mjesta susreta ponude i potražnje, te se stavlja fokus na maloprodaju, točnije trgovinska poduzeća i njihovo poslovanje. Kako trgovinska poduzeća ostvaruju izravan kontakt s kupcima, taj položaj im pruža i mogućnost ostvarivanja dubljih odnosa s kupcima, kroz primjenu promotivnih aktivnosti prilagođenih potrebama svakog od njih. Ujedno, imaju i direktan pristup informacijama o kupcima, koji se može iskoristiti za prikupljanje podataka u svrhu daljnjeg osmišljavanja i usavršavanja ponude, koja je u skladu s preferencijama pojedinog kupca.
Potrebe potrošača su bitan element, jer uzrokuju potražnju, i potrebno je poznavati, a nadasve pravilno prepoznati motive koji utječu na odluku o kupnji, kao i modele ponašanja potrošača iz kojih se oblikuje i sam proces donošenja odluke o kupnji. Dio rada pojašnjava potrebe potrošača, kako one nastaju, što utječe na njih i kako se na najbolji način mogu pretpostaviti motivi koji potiču na kupnju. Navode se načini promocije, koja imaju veliki značaj upravo u direktnom kontaktu, i koji se odabiru u skladu s prepoznatim navikama kupaca, ali i politikama poslovanja samog poduzeća, u svrhu djelovanja u skladu s postavljenim ciljevima. Zbog toga što je za donošenje odluka potrebno imati što više točnih informacija, trgovinska poduzeća moraju pratiti podatke o kupcima, koje mogu prikupiti na više načina, kroz provođenje istraživanja i stvaranja baza podataka.
Programi lojalnosti su izvrsni načini za lako prikupljanje podataka o pojedinom kupcu, a ujedno i promotivno djeluju, jer sudjelovanjem u njima kupci ostvaruju veće pogodnosti. Primjer programa lojalnosti trgovinskog poduzeća drogeriemark - dm, te provedena anketa za potrebe ovog završnog rada, omogućit će bolje shvaćanje stava trgovinskih poduzeća koje stvaraju program i kupaca koji u njemu sudjeluju, a na temelju dobivenih rezultata autoru omogućiti donošenje zaključka. |
| Abstract (english) | This work represents the term and concept of loyalty programs that are very important for business of trading companies.
The structure of the work first defines the trade as an activity and it represents the market as a place where supply and demand confront each other, then putting retail companies and their management in the focus. As trading companies achieve direct contact with customers, that position gives them the ability to realize deeper relationships with customers through the use of promotional activities adjusted to the needs of each individual consumer. They also have direct access to information about customers that can be used to collect data for the purpose of further development and improvement supply which is more appropriate to individual customer preferences.
Consumer’s needs are an essential element because they cause demand so there is a need to recognize and properly identify the motives that influence buyer’s decisions as well as the patterns of consumer’s behaviour from which the purchasing decision is formed. Part of this work clarifies the consumer’s needs, how they are created, how they affect consumer and how to anticipate motivation to encourage customer to finalize buying in the best way. Also, the work includes methods of promotion, which are of great importance in direct contact, selected according to recognized customer habits, but also in a synergy of the business policies of the company itself, in accordance with the determined objectivities. Because of the need for more accurate information to make decisions, trading companies need to monitor customer data that can be collected in several ways through research and database development.
Loyalty programs are a great way to collect information easily about a particular customer, while, at the same time, it works as a promotion because participating in them offers greater benefits to customers. An example of the loyalty program, the chain of retail stores drogeriemark - dm and the survey made for the needs of the work, will allow a better understanding of the trading companies attitude that create programs as well as involved customers, giving the author the ability to make the conclusion from obtained results. |
