Abstract
Odnosi s javnošću su svjesno, planirano i održivo upravljanje komunikacijom kako bi se razvili i uspostavili dobri odnosi i razumijevanje između organizacije i njezine unutarnje i vanjske javnosti. Najvažniji odnosi u organizaciji su odnosi sa njezinim zaposlenicima na svim razinama. Cilj unutarnjih odnosa je uspostaviti i održavati obostrano korisne odnose između organizacije i njenih zaposlenika o kojima i ovisi uspjeh ili neuspjeh te organizacije, a istodobno pridonose da članovi organizacije osjećaju pripadnost toj organizaciji. Postoji mnogo metoda i načina na koji se ostvaruje interna komunikacija organizacije sa svojim zaposlenicima, a nova tehnologija pruža još više mogućnosti odabira načina odvijanja te komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
Public relations is a deliberate, planned and sustained management of communication with the purpose of developing and establishing a favourable relationship and understanding between an organisation and its internal and external publics. The most important relationship an organisation can have is with its employees on all levels. The aim of the interior relations is to establish and maintain mutual usefulness between the organisation and its employees on whom the organisational success in fact depends, and which simultaneously engenders feelings of belonging to the organisation among the staff. There are numerous mathods and ways in which to establish internal communication between the organisation and the employees, and new technologies increased the opportunities of choosing ways in which to facilitate it.
