Abstract
Zadatak je ovoga završnog rada bio prikazati ekološku proizvodnju vinove loze u Hrvatskoj. U radu je pojašnjen i sam pojam ekološke proizvodnje vinove loze kao i zakoni kojih se vinogradari moraju pridržavati u ekološkoj proizvodnji. Prikazane su sorte i njihove površine koje zauzimaju u Hrvatskoj pod ekološkim nasadima te agro i ampelotehnički zahvati koji se provode u ekološkom vinogradarstvu. Grafički su prikazani proizvođači malih (do 1 ha), srednjih (od 1 do 5 ha) i velikih (od 5 ha) nasada te su navedeni neki od značajnijih proizvođača u ekološkom vinogradarstvu u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The task of this final work was to show the ecological production of vines in Croatia. The term ecological grape production is also clarified in the paper, as well as the laws that the tenants must observe in ecological production. The cultivars and their surfaces occupy in Croatia under ecological plantations as well as the agro and ampelotechnical procedures conducted in ecological viticulture are presented. Small producers (up to 1 hectare), medium (1 to 5 hectares) and large (5 hectares and more) of plantations are shown graphically, and some of the most important producers in ecological viticulture in Croatia are listed.
