Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati razvoj upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, sa naglaskom na motivaciju i zadovoljstvo kao poluge napretka i profitabilnosti logističkih tvrtki. Daljnja motivacija, te kontinuirano nadograđivanje trenutnih znanja i vještina pomažu rastu zaposlenika, a time i rastu poduzeća. Sve više poduzeća shvaća važnost dobrog radnika, osobe koje odgovaraju poduzeću cijene se sve više, a poduzeće brine o njima, njihovu rastu, te očuvanju u zajednici
Abstract (english)
The goal of this paper is to present the development of the human resources managemen, with the emphasis on motivation and satisfaction as a lever of progress and profitability of logistic companies. Further motivation, and continuous upgrading of current knowledge and skills helps employees to grow, and at the same time growth of the company. Company are appreciated more and more importance of good workers, people who correspond to the company prices are increasing, and the company cares about them, their growth, and their staying in the company.
