Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obradit će se novo zakonsko rješenje kojim se ono proširuje na sve zgrade na kojima su izvedeni najmanje grubi konstruktivni građevinski radovi (temelji sa zidovima, odnosno stupovima s gredama i stropom ili krovnom konstrukcijom) sa ili bez krova, najmanje jedne etaže, a koje su evidentirane do 21. lipnja 2011. godine, pitanje dovršenja zgrada koje su ozakonjene kao nedovršene, na druge građevine koje neposredno služe za uporabu nezakonito izgrađene zgrade kao i postojeće zgrade, odvijanje tehnološkog procesa u zgradi te na zgrade izgrađene na svim površinama izvan građevinskog područja u zaštićenom obalnom području mora, na svim kategorijama poljoprivrednog zemljišta u gospodarskim i zaštitnim šumama te šumama s posebnom namjenom, te pod određenim uvjetima na zgrade izgrađene unutar arheološkog nalazišta
Abstract (english)
In this final work will cover new legal decision that extends to all the buildings in which they are carried out at least a rough structural construction (foundations with walls or columns with beams and ceiling or roof structure ) with or without a roof, at least one floor, and that have been registered by 21 June 2011, the question of the completion of the building that have legalized it as a draft, on the other buildings that are directly used for the use of illegally constructed buildings and existing buildings, operation of the technological process in the building and the building constructed on all surfaces outside construction area in the protected coastal area, to all categories of agricultural land in the economic and protective forests and forests with a special purpose, and under certain conditions in buildings constructed inside the archaeological site.
