Abstract
Zadatak ovog završnog rada je pregled obveza prema Zakonu o obveznim odnosima. U ovome radu je objašnjeno obvezno pravo, te navedena načela na kojima ono počiva i koja se primjenjuju na sve obvezne ugovore. Kako bismo obvezno pravo mogli promatrati kroz neke složenije primjere, istaknute su obveze koje čine srž obveznog prava. Isto tako su nabrojane te detaljno pojašnjene sve vrste obveza koje postoje s obzirom na Zakon o obveznim odnosima, ali i još jedna vrsta obveza koju poznaje pravna teorija. Obrađena je i pojašnjena povijest obveza, te razdoblje iz kojeg datiraju. U posljednjem djelu rada navedeni su primjeri obveznih ugovora koji sadržavaju sve bitne elemente koji su karakteristični za pojedine vrste obveza, i to: ugovor o građenju, ugovor o stipendiranju i ugovor o najmu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is an overview of obligations according to Obligations act. This thesis explains the mandatory law and the principles on which it rests and which apply to all mandatory contracts. In order to observe the Obligations act through some more complex examples, the obligations that form the core of the mandatory law are highlighted. All kinds of obligations that exist considering the Civil Obligations Act are listed and explained in detail, and also another kind of obligations that the legal theory knows. The history of obligations and the period which they date from are processed and explained. The examples of mandatory contract containing all important elements typical for particular types of obligations are listed in the last part of the work and they are: construction contract, scholarship agreement and lease agreement.
