Abstract
Predmet istraţivanja završnog rada su poslovnih procesi u veletrgovini. Svako veletrgovinsko poduzeće ima procese kojima upravlja i organizira prema tipu svoje djelatnosti. Tipiĉni trgovinski poslovni procesi su: nabava, skladištenje, distribucija i prodaja. Nabava se nalazi na poĉetku poslovnog procesa i jedan je od vaţnijih procesa. Prodaja je proces koji se nalazi na kraju i ima vaţnu ulogu za ostvarivanje dobiti poduzeća. IzmeĊu prodaje i nabave nalazi se skladištenje i distribucija koji su takoĊer vaţni za odvijanje veletrgovinske djelatnosti. Distribucija je proces koji omogućava da roba odreĊenim kanalima doĊe do potrošaĉa. Svrha procesa skladištenja je oĉuvanje robe i omogućavanje nesmetane i kontinuirane isporuke robe. Pojavom informatizacije olakšano je upravljanje i organiziranje poslovnih procesa.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the dissertation researc are business processes in wholesale trade. Every wholesale trade company has processes which are managed and organized by type of its activity. Typical commercial business processes are: procurement, warehousing, distribution and sales. Procurement is at the beginning of the business process and it is one of the most important processes. Sale is a process that is located at the end and has an important role to achieve profit for company. Between sale and procurement is storing and distribution which are also importatn for the running oft he wholsale activity. Distribution is the process which enables to merchandise to get to the consumers through specific channel. The purpose oft he process of storing is protecting merchandise and enabling smocth and continuous delivery of merchandise. With appearance of computerization it is easier managing and organizing business processes.
