Seeing the other countries that are successfully developing their economy, in particular by supporting small businesses, the Republic of Croatia started in his struggle with raising awareness how important small businesses. Given the size of the project all went rather slow but given all we see some progress in the development of small businesses in the Republic of Croatia. The Republic of Croatia through its various projects introduces small businesses in the formal education of preschool, elementary school, high school or college and curricula in order to in the earliest developments of children begin to awaken in them their entrepreneurial spirit, to teach them skills that will be needed for the role small business owners, with particular emphasis on lifelong learning which is reflected as competitiveness and survival and the key to success, and what is spent and research on how small businesses aware of the importance of work on the expansion and upgrading their knowledge and skills.
