Abstract
Ovim radom prikazati će se opravdanost postojanja trgovačkog društva u raznim djelatnostima javnog sektora. Opisati će se način osnivanja, ustroj, djelatnosti i način poslovanja dva najčešća oblika trgovačkih društava u javnom sektoru, odnosno društva s ograničenom odgovornošću i dioničkog društva te njihove karakteristike. Objasniti će se potrebe javnog sektora i povezanost s trgovačkim društvima. Cilj je doći do odgovora koja je svrha djelovanja tih trgovačkih društava u sustavu javnog sektora.
Abstract (english)
This document will give insight in justification for existance of commercial companies in various domains of public sector. It will describe foundation, structure, workings and business approach of two most often forms of commercial companies in public sector, or in other words incorporated companies and stock companies and their characteristics. Needs of public sector and connections with commercial companies will be explained. Main goal here is to explain what is the purpose of commercial companies in the system of public sector.
