Abstract
Svrha društveno odgovornog poslovanja je odgovornost, ne samo prema kompanijama nego i prema samim sudionicima, djelatnicima odnosno odgovornost prema društvu kao cjelini s kojom se posluje. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje uključuje i etičko ponašanje. Kroz rad je prikazana povijest i razvitak društveno odgovornog poslovanja u svijetu i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Također naglasak se stavlja i na okoliš. Potrebno je donijeti ispravne odluke koje utječu na društvo i okoliš te u obzir uzeti sve moguće posljedice. U radu je kao primjer uspješnog poduzeća prikazan DM - drogeria market d.o.o. (u daljnjem tekstu DM). DM je poduzeće koje uspješno prakticira društveno odgovorno poslovanje te samim time osvaja mnoge nagrade te vodi računa o interesu svih dionika, što je vidljivo iz zadovoljstva mnogih kupaca. S obzirom da je DM multinacionalna kompanija u završnom radu su prikazane sličnosti i razlike između pojedinih zemalja koje također prakticiraju društveno odgovorno poslovanje, a to su: Republika Hrvatska Austrija, Njemačka te Bosna i Hercegovina.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of a socially responsible business is responsibility, not only according to the companies but also to the participants themselves, employees and responsibility to the company as a whole with which it operates. Corporate social responsibility also includes etical behaviour. The work presents the history and development of socially responsible business in the world and in the Republic of Croatia. The focus is also on the environment. The company slould made right decisions that affect society and the environment and take into account all possible consequences. In the final work, DM - drogeria market d.o.o. (in the following text: DM) was presented as an example of a successful company. DM is a company that successfully practices social responsibility and thus wins many awards and takes into account the interest of all which is evident from the satisfaction of many customers. Since DM is a multinational corporation, the final paper presents similarities and differences between individual countries that also practice social responsibility, countries are: Republic of Croatia, Austria, Germany and also Bosnia and Herzegovina.
