Abstract
Osobna prodaja podrazumijeva direktnu komunikaciju s potrošačima/kupcima, stoga se smatra jednom od najefikasnijih metoda prodaje u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja. U procesu osobne prodaje prodavač uči o željama i potrebama potencijalnih kupaca i nastoji zadovoljiti te potrebe nudeći kupcima priliku da kupe određeni proizvod ili uslugu. Osobna prodaja zahtjeva dobru komunikaciju, znanja i vještine na kojima se temelji uspjeh ili neuspjeh osobne prodaje. U istraživačkom dijelu rada korištene su metode anketnog upitnika čiji je cilj istražiti što najviše utječe na potencijalne potrošače/kupce pojedinih dobnih skupina prilikom odabira određenih proizvoda ili usluga.
Abstract (english)
Personal selling implies direct communication with consumers / customers, so it is considered one of the most effective sales methods in modern business conditions. In the process of personal selling, the salesperson learns about the wishes and needs of potential customers and strives to meet those needs by offering customers the opportunity to buy a particular product or service. Personal selling requires good communication, knowledge and skills on which the success or failure of personal selling is based. In the research part of the paper, the methods of a survey questionnaire were used, the aim of which is to investigate what most influences potential consumers / buyers of certain age groups when choosing certain products or services.
