Abstract
U ovome radu će se opisati teorijski i praktični dio definicije tržišta te tržište robe Europske unije i tržište robe na Hrvatskom za mala poslovanja. Prvenstveno će se definirati Europska unija kao simbol demokratskih načela razvoja tržišta Europske unije sve do danas, te utjecaj EU na Hrvatsko tržište. Definirati će se Hrvatsko tržište kako funkcionira kao maloprodajna poslovna jedinica. Analiziranjem ankete koja se provela u tri poslovne jedinice odredit će se vrijednost njihova poslovanja od samoga početka izlaska na tržište rada, te da li je njihovo poslovanje u skladu s EU te kako ima je djelovati i raditi na području naše županije.
Abstract (english)
This paper will describe the theoretical and practical definitions of the market of European Union dress and coat goods in Croatia for small business. Primarily will define the European Union as a symbol of democratic principles of market development The European Union were introduced today, and thus will affect the EU on the Croatian market. It will be defined on the Croatian market how to function as a retail business unit. Analyzing the survey that will be proven in three business units will determine the value of It is a job from the very beginning of entering the labor market, and it will do its business in accordance with the EU and how to work and work on.
