Abstract
Tema ovog rada je prikazati i opisati na praktičnom primjeru organizaciju logističkih aktivnosti nabave u poduzeću Metalija-trans d.o.o., te pokušati pokazati kako je sam, proces nabave vrlo bitan za samo trgovinsko poduzeće.Prilikom izrade rada korištena je znanstvena literatura u kojoj su autori prikazali utjecaj logistike na organizaciju nabave i vlastita zapažanja iz samog Odjela nabave u promatranom poduzeću. Rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja, pri čemu je uža tematika rada obrađena u četvrtom i šestom dijelu.Drugo poglavlje se bavi temom logistike i objašnjava teoretske odrednice logistike kao znanosti. Treće i četvrto poglavlje se bavi nabavom kao poslovnom funkcijom u teoretskom značenju, dok posljednje šesto poglavlje rada se bavi odrednicama nabave u samom promatranom poduzeću.U zaključku se navode stajališta autora ovoga rada o organizaciji logistike nabave i procesa nabavljanja u promatranom poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
Objective of this paper is to present and describe on a practical example the organization of logistics procurement activities in a company Metalija-trans d.o.o., as well as to try to show how much the procurement process itself is important for the company.The paper was created using scientific literature, in which the authors show the impact of logistics on the organization of procurement, and the observations from the Department of procurement in the respective company. The work consists of six chapters, with the topic of the work narrowing in the fourth and sixth chapter.The second chapter deals with the topic of logistics and explains the theoretical determinants of logistics as a science. The third and fourth chapter deals with the acquisition as a business function in a theoretical sense, while the last chapter deals with the characteristics of procurement n the respective company.Conclusion consist of an authors point of view on the organization of logistics procurement and acquisition process in the respective company.
