Abstract
Franšizing je sustav temeljen na licenciranju prava na umnožavanje uspješnog poslovnog formata na stranim tržištima. Davatelj franšize primatelju franšize daje isključivu ovlast za distribuciju svojih proizvoda ili usluga u objektima koji su jednako opremljeni i namješteni, kao i pravo korištenja prava intelektualnog vlasništva koje uključuju komercijalne znakove, robne marke, zaštitne znakove i ostalo. Također pruža i priručnik o franšizi te tehničku i komercijalnu podršku za ispravnu distribuciju. Primatelj franšize slijedi upute davatelja franšize u pogledu izgleda, komercijalizacije i korporativnog imidža u ovlaštenim prostorijama.
Abstract (english)
Franchising is a system based on licensing the right to reproduce a successful business format in foreign markets. The franchisor grants the franchisee the exclusive authority to distribute its products or services in facilities that are equally equipped and furnished, as well as the right to use intellectual property rights that include commercial signs, trademarks, trademarks and others. It also provides a franchise manual and technical and commercial support for proper distribution. The franchisee follows the franchisor's instructions regarding the appearance, commercialization and corporate image of the authorized premises.
