Abstract
Tema rada je poslovna etičnost u odnosu prema konkurenciji. Etičnost u poslovanju je vrlo važan čimbenik za uspješnost i profitabilnost. Etično je bankarstvo oblik poslovanja usmjeren na ekološka i društvena pitanja, čime se nastoje realizirati ciljevi vezani uz zaštitu okoliša i promidžbu društvene jednakosti. Banke imaju značajnu društvenu odgovornost te banke koje posluju na etički način, kod kreditiranja u obzir uzimaju svoj utjecaj na okoliš i društvo. U radu je analizirano etično poslovanje triju banaka: PBZ, OTP i Zagrebačke banke. Sve se tri banke nalaze pri vrhu hrvatskog bankarskog poslovanja, a rezultati analize su pokazali kako se PBZ najviše ističe po svojem etičnom poslovanju i projektima kojima potiču društveno odgovorno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of work is business ethics in relation to the competition. Ethics in business is a very important factor for performance and profitability. Ethical banking is a form of business focused on environmental and social issues, which aims to realize the goals related to environmental protection and promotion of social equality. Banks have a significant social responsibility and banks that operate ethically, take into account their impact on the environment and society when lending. The paper analyses the ethical operations of three banks: PBZ, OTP and Zagrebačka banka. All three banks are at the top of the Croatian banking business, and the results of the analysis showed that PBZ stands out the most for its ethical business and projects that encourage corporate social responsibility.
