Abstract
Pandemija korone potresla je cijeli svijet i natjerala ljude da promijene dotadašnje obrasce ponašanja. Stupanj straha i zabrinutosti kod građana bio je prilično visok. Kako su se vijesti o Covid-19 proširile i kada je službeno proglašena pandemija, potrošači su reagirali stvaranjem zaliha. Zbog nametnutih ograničenja, mnogi građani su se okrenuli kupovini putem Interneta i na taj način pridonijeli njezinom rastu. Pandemija Covid 19 samo privremeno utjecala na ponašanje potrošača i da su na njihovo ponašanje uglavnom utjecala ograničenja. Povratkom na normalni ritam života i navike potrošača su se vratile na stanje prije pandemije.
Abstract (english)
The corona pandemic shook the whole world and forced people to change their previous behavior patterns. The degree of fear and concern among citizens was quite high. As news of Covid-19 spread and a pandemic was officially declared, consumers responded by stockpiling. Due to the imposed restrictions, many citizens turned to online shopping and thus contributed to its growth. The Covid 19 pandemic only temporarily affected consumer behavior and that their behavior was mainly affected by restrictions. With the return to the normal rhythm of life, consumer habits have returned to the state before the pandemic
