Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađuje se tema Planovi i kontrola u upravljanju poduzeća. Kako bi poduzeće opstalo i razvijalo se, potrebno je osmisliti plan kojim bi se to isto poduzeće vodilo. Zbog toga je planiranje prva funkcija menadžmenta. Možemo reći da je planiranje dugoročno razmišljanje koje bi dovelo poduzeće do uspješnog poslovanja. Također, jedna bitna smjernica kojem se poduzeće vodi su ciljevi. Ciljevi nam pokazuju kojim putem se poduzeće treba kretati. Na kraju dolazi zadnja funkcija menadžmenta, a to je kontroliranje. Kontroliranje je usporedba zacrtanog i ostvarenog u svrhu poduzimanja korektivnih akcija. Možemo reći da je kontroliranje funkcija kojom menadžment nadzire rezultate poslovnih aktivnosti koje su određene u planiranju. Planiranje i kontroliranje su povezane funkcije menadžmenta.Bez prethodnog planiranja ne bi se moglo odvijati kontroliranje te isto tako, planiranje ne bi imalo smisla ako se ne provodi kontroliranje.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper the topic od „Plans and Controla in Corporate Governance“ is being processed. In order for the company to survive and develop, it is necessary to devise a plane the same company would to be run bay. Therefore, planning is the first fuction of managment. We could say that planning is long term thinking that would lead the company to a successful busniess. Likewise, one important measure which lead the company is guided by is the purpose. The purpose shows us which direction the company should move to. Ultimately, the last function of managment is controlling. Controlling is a comparasion between the planned and the realized for the purpose of taking corrective action. We can say that controlling is a funcion in which the managment functions, whitout prior planning, control colud not take place also planning would not make sanse if no control was carried out.
